Inlay humeral prosthesis designed to allow for reproducible conversion from TSA to RSA.

The TITAN Modular Total Shoulder System was designed to be a preserving option for patients needing total shoulder arthroplasty. The modularity of the system allows the surgeon to independently select distal stems and proximal bodies that best match patient anatomy and bone quality utilizing diaphyseal fixation.
The system is fully interchangeable – allowing all primary and fracture bodies to be used with either press-fit or cemented stems and later converted to a reverse shoulder arthroplasty without removing a well-fixed stem. Modularity between the body and stem allows for the version to be altered during conversion
Inlay humeral prosthesis designed to allow for reproducible conversion from TSA to RSA.
Modular platform stem with diaphyseal fixation allows for version adjustment in revisions.
4 glenospheres with +2 or +5 lateralisation; 4mm of optional eccentricity.
A comprehensive 3D CT database was used to develop a baseplate intended to maximise stability and fit patients of all sizes.
